Doctore i am a baby of 8 month old baby i am having backpain everyday. I delivered my baby by cesaren please share me any medicine

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Thankyou so much and please tell me what medicine should i eat as i dilivered the baby in govt hospital they gave me calcium iron tablets only please share me the medicine as its about 4 month i am not taking any medicine

kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables
