doctor when I eat lunch I go to toilet then I consult a doctor.doctor refer scan .the result is I have fatty liver grade 2 .is it dangerous? what can I do ?any problem

The diet that you should be mindful of what you are consuming, have ample amounts of fruits & vegetables, high fibre foods are helpful, were in whole grains and legumes such as rajma, chana etc can be included,
avoid carbonated beverages , high in sugar , salt m refined foods as well , fried foods
