doctor, when can I start solid to her, she is 6 months old now, n what can I give her in solids first, n how many times to give solid per day?

A. hello u can give semi solid n liquid based food in the diet n u can give home made cerelac rice dal water ghee curd banana avacado potato sweet potato ragi etc
