doctor suggested cos3 syrup to my son for his speech delay and behavioral issue, is that syrup really helpfull

A. Mam are more helpful but maybe your child issues is not that big that the therapy would be required which is why the doctors may have advised you to use this medicine that is going to help in betterment of the speech of the child for further assistance and clarity you can talk to your doctor about it

Q. hi doctor my daughter is 3year old she is having speech delay issues. earlier she does not even speak a word, but now I am seeing some improvement in her like she can tell alphabets, numbers, even also sing rhymes in a playful mood. When I consulted with my doctor recently few months back for her speech delay, he has prescribed her neuromin m syrup and also suggested for speech therapy. My concern is that speech therapy really needed? after seeing these developments in her or should I consult to speech therapist.
