to sooth your baby.. rock your baby in your arms, walk in kangaroo style, swaddle him, do apply hing paste around navel m do tummy Massage in clockwise direction with cyclic exercise of legs, play White noice to sooth and calm your baby.

this is common in many babies.
try to give massage to your baby around his naval in clockwise manner, 3-4 times a day for 5 mins.
as he is just 1 month you avoid taking food which causes gas.
Additionally you can have 1 teaspoon aajwain powder with Luke warm water once a day
you stay hydrated. Drink water before and after feeding your baby
you can also mix a pinch of hing in 1 spoon of ur milk and apply it around the naval of your baby.
I am telling all above with my experience with my baby.
many are dadi's Nani's nushkha but has worked very well for me and my baby
