doctor said I have blood infection and they didn't give any medicines so I don't know any treatment for this so please any suggestions

For blood infection proper course of antibiotics would be required I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor for that and if that is not helping you the thing that I tried personally was to go for a homoeopathic treatment that really helped a lot
