Q.

Doctor my son is 13 months old and poop 5 to 6 times in a day. whenever he eat anything he poops and developed rashes due to that. Is it something that his lever is weak, do we need to give him any medicine

A. You need to consult the doctor it will probably be due to Just week a digestive system right now or it could probably be just that your child is unable to digest anything there is a simple indigestion and nothing else so check with the doctor whatever the situation is accordingly they can help you
