Q.

Doctor, My son 4.5 years is not able to pronounce sounds like cha, jha, sha, ra. Is this normal? He is active and converses well.

A. Hello, What you can do: Talk slowly but naturally. Let your child take her time when she tries to speak. Your child's speech-language pathologist may have more tips for you to try at home.
