doctor my daughter's new teeth comes first and than old one breaks and still teeth are not in place .I was wondering wheather teeth will stay like this?

no if milk teeth do not fall by their own then consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist for removal of the milk teeth.. otherwise it will cause malalignment of the permanent teeth..
