doctor, my baby turned 3 recently. she eats only small amount of food but her stomach is always bloated. she goes to bathroom twice a day still bloated and since 10 days her urine is yellow in color. she has nauseous feeling every time she takes food. advice please 🙏

A. Namaste Mom, Could be indigestion issues as such, so give her some ajwain or saunf water as such would be helpful. at times also some tummy time as well. avoid to force feed.
