Doctor my baby is suffering from loose motions from last 10-12 days... in the beginning lot of mucus got discharge in the motion and now it's watery? Had been to doctor but even medicine is not working. suggest me is anything serious?

Keep her hydrated by giving her BM
Enterogermina probiotics drops three drops twice a day can be given
Please dont give her any milk other than breast milk
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Mom should not use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
