Doctor my baby is 6 month starting today so can I give solid food and what will be the best to offer.

A. in case the baby is able to hold the head properly only then you can start with semi solids and it should ideally be consulted with a pediatrician you can start with cerelac rice as the first semi solid food for a little one start with giving once a day and then slowly and gradually you can increase the quantity by giving it three times a day
