for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly a d also baby Weight should be thrice the birth weight in one year and also give baby all home made food which you are making for other family members and also add eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in diet.
