Doctor! my baby boy is 5months10days old around his mouth tiny reddish pimples are there what's the solution for those tiny pimples

A. Drooling could be happening with your child that usually happens when a child starts to have its teeth so around the mouth of your child you can continuously apply Boroline anti septic cream that’s going to be very helpful in taking care of the issue
