doctor my babies is 15 month old . small pimples are noted in her hand

If it is a spreading all over babies skin then in such case, you should definitely consult with your Paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you are after examining baby. Otherwise you should avoid applying oil on babies skin for next few days and try to keep your baby in normal room temperature.
