Q.

doctor my age is 31 already I had 5 yrs baby now I m trying for second baby..Feb 18 is my period date cycle is 30 days.. I m eating soaked 4 almonds in empty stomach.. I m starting this last week.. but 2 days I have light dizziness but it is ok for some time.. pls tell me reason...

A. its okk .not to worry you can try taking ORS tetra pack juices . to maintain hydration if causing dizziness . also have adequate water intake and proper diet
