Doctor, my 10 month baby Girl having problem of Soft cleft palate, how we will increase her wait

With a balanced nutritional diet only the weight as of the child has got a soft cleft plate then of the doc is advising u a surgery then u go for that as that will help the child in eating well and that way the weight of the chuld is going to increase and go for all the food that ur making at home to b given the child
