yes this could be due to teething phase..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can massage baby gums using a soft clean cloth which can help baby get releif and also you can be giving baby Orthodontic soother from Babyhug which can be helpful and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination
