better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

If you have sufficient amount of breastfeeding they always focus on doing more of breastfeeding for 46 want and if you don’t have proper feeling or any of your voice of reason that you want to go ahead with formula feeding then you can go ahead with that as well
