doctor baby is one month 2 days old and she is having cold and cough, doctor has prescribed medicine and I gave it for 4days but no improvement, nose is blocked

A. it is due to com cold. Running nose and cough cold are common during this time . Just steam as a home remedy for mild cough and cold . Ascoril LS for other cough . Also paracetamol for fever if any .
