ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no problem, green poop in babies is nothing to worry about, in breast fed babies indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools.this can be remedied by limiting feeding times or sticking to one breast when feeding your baby.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less fejgeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.

A diaper full of green poop typically isn't something to worry too much about — or call the pediatrician about — especially if you know your baby recently ate something dark green or is recovering normally from a mild stomach bug.
