Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 months agoA. You should start giving all the family foods to the child plus lots of proteins can be given vegetarian as of now and non-vegetarian from the age of 11 months can be given where you can include chicken and fish and egg yellow for your child
