Diet plan for six months old daughter for weight gain

She can be given two meals a day
Each meal is of single small bowl
Don't force feed or over feed her
Don't use RO water
Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Probiotics , meshed vegetables and fruits , soups etc can be given to her
