A. Hello mom the mother can take , easy to digest foods and inbetween some healthy foods in form of fruits , milk , panjiri , dry fruits etc also keep your self well hydrated with fluids as well, have small meals throughout the day, and avoid gas froming, outside food, refined and porcessed foods.
