diet plan for 3rd trimester

A. hello considering that you are in third trmester you need more cal then what is required for normal women because you have to support your baby's development eat lot fruits and vegetables add milk and Milk products all non veg sources if you are taking also it good amount of water at pulses legumes been to ensure good protein requirement have proper l rest and stay happy
