Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, 4 months old baby is only supposed to take either breast feed or formula milk.
Focus more on breast milk. If baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated.
You can begin semi solids post 6 months of baby's age.
