you need to visit your gynecologist.
keep your self well hydrated
have Healthy and nutritious diet.
take fresh fruits more
especially Vitamin c rich food.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep that area clean
but avoid using soap, Soapy water or female gentile hygenie products for this
