Dear sir When am feeding my baby am hearing swallowing sound only for some time when i feel that milk is coming.after that sound is not hear and also feeling of milk flow is not there.so is suspect milk is only coming when j get the feeling of milk flow..other time he is only sucking and not getting milk,..pls help...is that the way everyone get milk?

A. Hello mom Yes it’s quite common there is continuous production as per the requirement so once you feel the breast is full it is always advisable to feed the baby and for time as he is drinking milk will get over and then take a some time again to produce more
