dear sir my cough and cold full one week what to do sir nose holes block every night what syrups I give please tell me

A. it is due to cold . Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
