Dear sir/mam, I am a mother of 9 month’s old baby and my son have gone through the surgery of duodenal atresia at the time of birth, now the time my baby is ok but from past 3 days he is completely vo miting out his meals all the time except milk. I consulted paediatrician regarding the matter and he suggested domstal syrup for my baby for 3 days and advised to consult again after that. can you please suggest what could be the matter? Is it due to infection or anything else due to switching of season

may be simple gastritis
it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor.
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification
