Dear ma’am yes you have to keep your child along with you since he is it too little for anyone to handle as well as humans to be a breastfeeding mom you need to cover your mouth with medicated mask keep sanitising your hand or keep washing it regularly with water and soap and also maintain at least 1 m distanceWrite Your Answer Here
