Dear madam, my 2.5yera old son have pimples, I feel like rashes wit her little fever. These pimples are found on both the legs. Can you please help me. photos are attached for reference

A. and where else on body ?? apply t bact. ointment of semm spreading Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly. Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe
