What is difference between Dry cough & Wet cough? Please inform symptoms for both.

normally when the child is coughing then in tricoff you will not be able to hear any respiratory sounds as well as secretion sounds while in the wet cough you will be able to hear the respiratory sounds and secretions but the final decision will be taken by the doctor after chest examination and throat examination
