Dear doctor, Is panner safe for 14 month baby ? When can cow's milk be introduced to baby ,after 2 years or before.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age .
Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract.
It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid.
It's also lacking ideal prbfoportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .

Yes once ur baby completes one year then u can give cow milk or buffaflo milk to ur baby. There is no problem in that.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Take care and all the best
