Q.

Dear Doctor Iam 21 years old and my baby girl is 9 month old.... After 7 month of delivery I got knee pain.. I feel very pressured to bend knee whenever I have to and I have no much energy like before to do my daily chores ... I always feel tired soon .

A. you can take calcium substitute that in the form of milk x r take tablets of calciumFor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and proper medication please try to see your local doctor once . . . . .

A. Hi These things are mostly due to the deficiency of vitamin B 12 so I’m just going to tell you that you should be consulting your doctor ones regarding the same get your levels tested for B12 and if they are less you should start having supplements for that
