Q.

Dear Doctor... I am mother of 2 year old baby...she is still breastfeeding...now from past 1 week i am having a irritation in both my breast and there is redness too...the irritation is there only during breastfeeding...the skin of the nipple gets dried and flaky when she is not breastfeeding.....is there anything to worry about... waiting for your valuable reply

A. It Could be related to some nerve issue of yours it’s better that you get it checked with your doctor ones a gynaecologist can develop better as to what could be the issue also I would advise you to quit breastfeeding because you can quit generally breastfeeding after the age of one year so you quit now otherwise later it would be very difficult for you
