RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. I don’t think so because none of the dry fruits can lead to an issue of cold and cough it’s a misconception that you are having further you can check with your doctor if you want because I know dates or any other dry fruit do not cause this problem
