Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it indicates dehydration or low fluid intake so if you have started giving water to your child,give it in few spoons of quantity , at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours. dress your child lightly keep your child in well vantileted room give plenty of breastfeeds. make sure your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day. but if there is other symptoms like fever, irritability, urine with fishy or foul smell too ,it means that a child is having infection and you need to visit your pediatrician
