both are good, can give any of them that suits your baby .
give your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day .

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Not cow milk is not recommended before 1 year of age...pls use formula...babies digestion system is not prepare to digest cow milk at this age. It may lead to certain issues and digestive issues. After a years cow milk is good
