Cow Milk is Good for 1 month old baby boy, if it is not which is the better one (breastfeeding is less because of low milk)

Well, formula milk is Available if breast milk supply is not enough
A2 Desi cow milk is very good but now a days it's very difficult to get the fresh , pure A2 Desi cow milk.
You may try to improve your BM supply using leptadene tablets (ayurvedic) twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks.
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
