covid positive but spo2 is 98% ..cough ,fever present

TejaMom of a 6 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. my son got cough and fever 104 doctor suspected covid as my husband is covid positive with fever and cough.
while checking spo2 for my son sometimes it's showing 92 for just a second and changing to 97/98 i it worrisome or device error. today is 6th day he recovered but night in sleep he is getting phelgm and cough kindly suggest course of action
