ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom some foods that are helpful in increasing and enhancing the milk production are fenugreek and drumstick leaves , dry fruits , panjiri , milk , oats , flax seeds, garlic , jeera , ajwain or saunf water , and a balanced diet

You can try having a lactation supplement if that helps in increasing your breast feeding along with that some Diet modification in alterations are also going to hell just have a good amount of water and proteins for sure and vegetables fenugreek and lentils as wellWrite Your Answer Here
