you may give
but instead of such outside food items , give homeprepared food items like dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan ladoo , golpappdi, sprouts , multigrain idli, dosa, dhokla, khichu, upma,poha etc
they are more safe and hygienic.
