mam ,as it could be reaction to Medicine or Infection too ,I advise to visit your pediatrician for once.
at home ,clean your child tongue with baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug brand tongue cleaner.
or you may use clean soft Cotton clothe for this
always clean your child tongue after each feeding
