It’s meant to be given five drops to your child and as per the prescription it’s given for three times in a day for five days I think that is what I can understand out of it if you could please post a little bit of zoom version it would be easier for me to understand but this is what I can read as of now in case of any doubt consult your doctor you can get a check with the pharmacist
