and baby acne usually cure itself by 6-8 weeks of age.
apply coconut oil on her face and wipe off the excess oil post massage

It's best to keep the area clean and dry, avoid scrubbing or squeezing, Wash your baby's face with lukewarm water or a gentle soap once a day.i suggest you Johnson's Baby Soap it is mild and gentle formula best for baby's sensitive skin.
