Q.
Candid mouth paint was prescribed by doctor to remove fungal infection to have 4 drops 3 times in a day.He gets more saliva from mouth and it is too much gummy. He is crying a lot after having those drops.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having oral thrush you have to use Candid mouth paint at least for 4 to 5 days the layer of fungus will be going and baby will be having salivation and it is normal

you must inform your treating doctor regarding this.
Along with that ,try to clean your child tongue with clean Cotton clothe and warm water.
for that ,take a clean Cotton clothe,damp it in warm water,wring out excess water from it and wrap that clothe on your pointer finger then gently clean your child tounge with it.
