Right nutrition plan for kids is the one where all the food from the foods groups are included 
2 servings of fruits 
3 servings of vegetables 
4-5 serving of pulses and cereals like daal, rice, sprouts, beans, roti, oats, ragi 
3 servings of milk and milk products 
If non vegetarian then egg or chicken 2 times a week 
Include dry fruits , nuts and seeds 
Reduce consumption of biscuits, bread and chips

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually you can give everything like whatever you are preparing at home as a part of me to the baby like morning time Idli dosa upma khichdi pongal afternoon dal rice boiled vegetables evening snacks some egg your non-vegetarian you can use egg every day and some finger boiled vegetables and fruits everything you can give it to the baby cheese ghee all these helps to to give a good proteins to the baby
