ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom don’t force the child to eat if he isn’t willing to have, give him fluids to keep him well hydrated that’s very much important - coconut water, fresh fruit juices made at home ,vegetable soups , ORS , butter milk etc can be given.
Also apart from that mild flavoured foods - which are easy to digest can be given , curds been a natural probiotic can be part of his daily diet.
Avoid raw foods such as fruits and vegetable that very rice in fibre may be difficult to digest now

please include natural probiotics in your Child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
it is best source of good bacteria
it is very important for better digestion
