RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Nope it’s not recommended to give a pacifier to a child because it can spoil the gums and It is a very bad addiction for kids from the very beginning if you start giving it which is my paediatricians never ever advise you to go for pacifiers
